Flower Pot Dirt Cake Recipe
It doesn't get more adorable than these individually dished desserts for spring!
- pudding and ingredients to make the pudding: 3 packages
- chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos): 24
- cookie mix and ingredients needed to make them: 1
- decorative icing: 2 cups
- pink food coloring: a few drops
- straws: 12
- green card stock: 1 piece
- leaf pattern: 1
- two to three inch new glass flowerpots: 12
- mini cupcake pan: 1
- mini cupcake wraps: 24
- Wilton 1M tip: 1
- pastry bag: 1
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Mix up the cookie mix according to the package directions, and fill the mini cupcake wrappers about ¾ full. Bake the mini cupcake cookies for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3: Mix up the pudding according to the package directions and scoop it into the glass flowerpots, filling them about ¾ full.
Step 4: Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a large plastic bag with a rolling pin, or the bottom of a heavy glass.
Step 5: Pour the crushed cookies over the top of the pudding in the flower pots, filling them each to the top with crushed cookies.
