Grilled Rosemary Chicken Recipe
An easy yet super delicious grilled rosemary chicken recipe!
- skinless chicken breasts, boneless: 4
- cloves of garlic, smashed: 2
- small shallots, peeled and quartered: 2
- sprigs of rosemary, whole: 6
- olive oil: 2/3 cup
- red wine vinegar: 1/4 cup
- kosher salt: 2 teaspoons
Step 1: Pierce the chicken breasts several times with a fork and drop them into a plastic slider bag.
Step 2: Add the garlic, shallots, rosemary, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to the bag and swish around with your hands until the chicken breasts are evenly coated. Push the air out of the bag and seal.
Step 3: Marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours or up to 8. Heat the grill to medium and add the chicken. Grill for about 8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Check for doneness by cutting into the chicken and making sure it is no longer pink. Serve!
