- white miso paste: 1 tablespoon
- canola oil: 1 tablespoon
- brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- juice from limes: 2
- water: ¼ cup
- large shrimp, cleaned and deveined: 1 pound
- scallions, thinly sliced: 2
- brown rice, cooked: for serving
Step 1: Preheat outdoor grill.
Step 2: Soak 6 wooden skewers in water . this will prevent them from burning on the grill.
Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together miso paste, oil, brown sugar, lime juice and water. Add shrimp to miso mixture and toss to coat.
